Founder Katie Veeninga seeks to create art and provide community-building experiences that enable spiritual exploration and revelation. Her vision for Revelation Art comes from recognizing her spiritual gift of creative expression through painting, as well as desiring to share and communicate the beauty, perspective, and joy that define art and God.

meet katie veeninga
Katie launched her 20+ year painting career after she had a dream in which she was throwing paint. With an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and graduate studies in Information, Katie continues to critically explore epistemology and the ways information shape our experiences. She has dedicated her career to improving access to equitable and innovative healthcare and lives in Portland, Oregon. Her simple joys include, chasing after one of her huskies at the beach, losing a board game to her son, reading a novel or dashing between her kitchen, garden and art studio.
